This home features a modern open concept floor plan with living and dining areas. The kitchen has been recently renovated featuring updated appliances stainless steel appliances, stocked with top of the line kitchen gadgets, and butcher block countertops. The home also features plenty of outdoor amenities including a large screened in porch that opens up to a huge fenced in back yard.

You have the Citadel Mall, Gemstone Studios and Westwood Plaza all within walking distance from the property. There is a Harris Teeter located in the Westwood Shopping Plaza around the corner from the house and Total Wine is across from the Harris Teeter. Roper St. Francis is a five minute drive away and MUSC is a short drive downtown.

This is a month to month rental. The homeowner is a busy professional male who will frequently be out of town, but may occasionally need access to the third bedroom and hall bathroom. The hall bathroom would more often than not only be private and only shared occasionally.
