About You:

Looking for a moderately clean and respectful roommate. Ideal for a working professional or grad student. I am a night owl, but do work a 10-6 desk job at MUSC and can be very considerate of needed quiet hours. I am LGBT+ friendly and a big fan of Halloween. My 12 ft. skeleton, Dana Skully, lives out front year-round. The rent also includes use of all kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and non-food supplies.

If you’re looking for a green, peaceful space with great access to downtown and the beach—and don’t mind a few feline friends—this might be the perfect spot for you.
