Dog Policy: Up to two dogs may be considered with prior written approval. Approved dogs require a $400 refundable pet deposit and a $100 nonrefundable pet cleaning fee. Tenants with dogs must maintain renters insurance that includes dog-liability coverage and provide proof of coverage before move-in and upon renewal.
Dogs may use the fenced backyard but may not be permanently tethered, left outside for extended periods, or allowed to create excessive barking or other disturbances. Assistance animals are handled separately in accordance with applicable law.
