Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a private bedroom and private bathroom in a 4 bed / 5 bath, 3-story apartment at The Villages... at Town Creek in Pendleton, SC.

I’m willing to cover the first month’s rent — $605 — for someone who signs the lease takeover.

The lease runs from July 19, 2026 to July 18, 2027.

Rent: $605/month
Utilities: $75/month
Total: $680/month

The bedroom and bathroom are private, and the shared common areas include the living room, kitchen, and laundry room. The apartment is unfurnished, so you would be able to bring your own furniture and set up the space however you like.

There are three other bedrooms in the apartment, but roommates have not been assigned yet. That means you could either sign with friends as a group or get matched with roommates if you don’t already have people in mind.
